Linear Algebra Textbook Section 7.1 Personal Notes

Here are the notes that I have gathered for section 7.1 by asking friends and classmates. This section was mainly about projection and orthogonal projection. My friend was extremely helpful at explaining what a projection really was in a geometric sense. I also didn’t know what normalize really was until now. It’s related to orthonormal though. Also, a matrix, according to the textbook, can’t really be orthonormal. The matrix can only be orthogonal which is similar to orthonormal vectors.
